Contemporary music ensemble Scratch the Surface bring together
musicians, composers, visual artists and choreographers to offer
a fresh and stimulating platform for the performance of new
music and film.
Ensemble Scratch the Surface broaden the interface between
music, sound and visual performance through the use of acoustic,
electronic and digital instrumentation and technology.
Under the guidance of artistic-director, Conall Gleeson, the
performance group commission and present contemporary music that
engages those who are new to contemporary music whilst
sustaining the interest of more experienced listeners and
viewers.
